Raw Food in Tulsa

I wanted to share some pictures from this evening's raw food meet up. It was a really great turn out for a first time event. I am so encouraged by the amazing people that came and I'm already looking forward to more events in the future as this community grows and develops.

Okay, after looking at those pictures, 1,256 mile – or about 19 hours 25 minutes doesn't seem to bad at all. I'll be right over! That looks like a grand time and I'm thinking maybe I should try and have a raw party at my house. Hmm.

I LOVE the picture of the woman in the blue and white striped shirt on the couch with her frickin BLUETOOTH in her ear. Apparently you need to work on your entertaining skillz ;-)

Looks so good!

What was the sauce/dip featured in the pic with the broccoli and stuffed mushrooms?

You did a fabulous job! Very impressive and very appetizing.

Penni, I'm soooo disappointed that I didn't find this until today. I "went raw" 9 days ago and am LOVING IT! I long to talk with others who have chosen this path. Thank you for what you are doing. I don't know if I still have your phone number. I'd love to talk. Blessings!

Rosie....That is this marvelous peanut sauce that I recently discovered. It's super easy and I'll post the recipe on my blog this evening. I serve it along side "steamed broccoli." I think it should be a staple in all raw food kitchens!

Hey Penni. Wow - the food looks great and your event certainly seems successful. You're so generous and your new raw acolytes are really lucky to have you to hold their hands along the way.
Fantastic stuff!
